I was impressed with the material of the pants. It’s a thick, sturdy material that doesn’t seem like it will stretch out or pill after wear. I love that the pants are high waisted without having that old school “mom pant” look. An issue I have with some high waisted pants is that the pants never stay high. They slide down a little to become mid rise and I’m left with this saggy crotch look. These pants didn’t do that when I moved around! They actually have a drawstring you can tighten to keep them from slipping! I could literally wear them all day and have them look the same without stretching and sagging!
As a mom of 2 (almost 3) little ones I’m always moving. These pants moved well with me while I ran around with my little ones. I really liked that it had a side pocket, which a lot of legging styles don’t have. The pocket is the perfect size for my phone! I always set my phone down and forget where I put it. I went the entire day without losing my phone thanks to this pocket.
If you’re on the hunt for a good quality, good priced, cute pair of jogger/leggings, I highly recommend looking at Born Tough. The pants come in 4 different colors! I of course love the black because it goes with everything! They have both women and men’s styles so no one is left out!
As a former college athlete I always want to make sure I train safe. I am excited to announce my collaboration with Born Tough and Elite Sports.
Born Tough is a sportswear company that fits the need for modern sportswear. Their sportswear is true to size and looks great in the gym or while out running errands! With dedicated phone pockets, to carefully placed headphone loops, they assure I can listen to my favorite music or talk on the phone without hindrance.
Elite Sports offers high quality and stylish martial arts gear! Their gear allows you to train without worrying about tears. Their gear is warrantied which is something most companies on the industry won’t do!

Truth….I have a hard time buying things for myself. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that I don’t want or like to buy things. I think that’s obvious by my credit card bill on occasion. 🤷🏼♀️
I’m just indecisive and I constantly go back and forth as to whether or not I really need the item. I’m not exactly an impulsive buyer. I will put things in my shopping cart (online), leave them, and go back a week later to see if I still really want or need all of those items. Most of the time I will remove half if not more of the items. I think my little process works well for me (and my credit card). It keeps me from ordering things I might not actually need. 🛍
I don’t however apply this logic when buying things for my son. When it comes to him I have zero self control. It’s bad I know. I just love to buy him things! As he gets older, I obviously won’t buy him everything because he will need to learn the value of earning things. But for now while he’s young and has no idea, I’ll spoil him like crazy! 💙
Beauty has so many forms. The most beautiful thing is confidence and loving yourself 💙
My mother would die if she saw the front of this dress. 😂 She’s so old school traditional and thinks moms should dress like the stereotype of covered up conservative. I think for the most part I’m decently conservative but every once in a while it’s fun to wear something a little “different.” And who am I to argue with a beautiful dress my own husband bought me!
Just because you’re a mom, you shouldn’t be forced to dress a certain way. Be who YOU want to be and dress however you want! You can be a mom and still dress up on occasion in a short dress or low cut top! If you’re confident enough, rock it!
I have a friend who only wears one piece swimsuits because she says it’s “not appropriate for a mother to be too revealing in something like a two piece.” I roll my eyes when she says things like that. Then say “to each their own.” She can dress how she wants and I’ll dress how I want (in my “revealing two piece” 😂). You don’t have to conform to what others do. Be your own person and wear what makes you comfortable and happy. They make different styles of clothes for a reason….so we all don’t have to dress alike! 😉
